Just a quick thank you to you and John, our driver, for your efficiency tonight. The car arrived in the bus stop just as we did, just after 6.30 p.m. John had rung me earlier in the day to make sure that he knew the pick-up point which I appreciated, and was also very helpful with the photo calls! Please pass on our thanks for his friendly and experienced approach. I hope that Simon can live up to his excellent example.
